Priorities of the Ministry for Immigration and Citizenship in the processing of visas
According to the Migration Act 1958, the Ministry for Immigration and Citizenship has the power to process and complete visa applications, giving priority to those considered most relevant in accordance to the needs of Australia. Following this direction the Ministry has established new priorities in the processing of certain categories of visas that went into effect on September 23, 2009 and concerns the visa the following models:
- Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)
- Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS)
- General Migration Scheme Qualified exception of the categories of visas:
- Graduate Skilled Visa (Subclass 476) Sponsored Skilled Visa
- in designated area of \u200b\u200bresidence (Subclass 883)
- Regional Skilled Visa (Subclass 887)

The last field (Accountant): applies to applicants who have met the IELTS a score of at least (7) in each of the four races of the review and has also completed a professional year in Australia admitted to a Skilled Migration Program for Accountants.
Also in this list includes professionals specializing in computing whether the applicant appears on the MODL list.
