Landing Visas for GSM
Generally Landing Visas for General Skilled Migration Program (GSM) can be granted while you are in Australia. The arrival visas serve the function of keeping within the law once your current visa has expired or has been refused a visa application. In the latter case the Landing visa allows you to remain within the law, be merit to request a review of the decision.
Arrival Visa (Subclass 010)
If you still residing in Australia lodge a visa application to the GSM and the same is adopted initially be granted Arrival visa subclass 010. This visa will take effect once your visa has expired student visa or other model you have.

Landing B Visa (Subclass 020)
